1   1. Credit Analyst- (1 Position)

• Prepare complete and accurate credit papers for presentation to credit approvers. • Perform financial and non-financial analysis of credit applicants to ascertain their credit worthiness and recommend appropriate loan structures in line with the credit policy. • Check for completeness, accuracy and validity of supportive documentation to every credit application and process for approval by appropriate authorities. • Liaison with branch/unit heads and credit personnel for presentation of proposals /seeking clarifications as may be required. • Review and vet credit files submitted for approval to Head Office credit committee to identify any risks with correspondent mitigants and distill essential issues for decision making within 12hours while those for Management credit committee are presented within 24hours after receipt. • Maintain an up to-date files movement register to keep track of files submitted and returned to Branches. • Liaise with unit heads and other credit staff to ensure timely resolution of internal audit and BOU issues relating to credit risk management as may be required. • Timely preparation and submission of accurate weekly/monthly or quarterly reports as may be required.
