Corporate Social Responsibility

In 2015, member countries of the UN adopted the Sustainable Development Goals which are building on the success of the Millennium Development Goals. 17 goals were adopted by all countries including Uganda.
Of the 17 goals, Finance Trust Bank activities will focus on a few with a bid to improve the lives of our target customers the women and youth. Finance Trust Bank strongly believes that the UN and the Government of Uganda may not have the capacity to achieve these goals unless Private institutions like Finance Trust Bank do their share through their customized products and services but also through Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

In 2016, Finance Trust Bank set out to meet the following objectives in its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

  1. Grow Finance Trust Bank Image and fulfil the expectations of its owners, employees,consumers/clients,community and the public at large.
  2. Help communities resolve social problems which may not be the direct outcome of our business operations.
  3. Assist Communities achieve the sustainable development goals.
